8:30am: Continental Breakfast for In-Person Attendees

9:00am: Welcome and Introductions (NIMLAS Team / NIA Team)

9:10am – 9:30am: Updates on the NIMLAS Pilot Program / Introduction of New Pilot Project Awardees (~5 minutes each)

9:30am – 9:40am: Questions / Discussion for New Awardees (if applicable)

9:40am – 9:45am: Introduction of Dr. Jon Burton

9:45am – 11:50am: Workshop on State-of-the-art Approaches to Obtaining Consent for Additional Data Collection (Jon Burton, Remote)

11:50am – 1:00pm: Lunch for In-person Attendees

1:00pm – 2:00pm: Progress update presentations from the 2024 pilot project awardees (15 mins each; 10 minute presentation, 5 minutes discussion)

2:00pm – 3:00pm: Final updates from earlier pilot projects (10 minutes each, with 5 minutes for discussion)

3:00pm – 3:15pm: Break / Refreshments

3:15pm – 4:35pm: Working Group Updates / Continued Development of Future Research Agendas (~15 minutes each)
